The 30-day window
Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase. After that we can't offer a refund or exchange. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.

Eligibility
Items must be returned in the same condition received, in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
Installed or activated systems · gift cards · downloadable software · custom-created products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we email you the approval or rejection. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 30 days.

Exchanges

Shipping
Return shipping costs are yours and are non-refundable. For items over $75, use a trackable service or shipping insurance.
